Quick Start Guide

Here is how to perform your daily tasks in the new system:

• Find Your Files: You can find all your Spaces in the Navigation panel on the left. Click the small arrow next to a Space name to open the tree and see the pages inside it.
• Create a Page: Click the Create button on the top panel. For regular articles, select Blank Page, or choose one of the templates.
• Search: Use the search bar in the top header to quickly find titles or keywords. Can't find a page? If you press Enter in the search bar, you will go to the main search page. Look at the right side of this page, you can filter your results by Author, Date of modification, File format, or a specific Space.

Where are my buttons?

If you are looking for your favorite Confluence features, here is what they are called in XWiki:

Confluence Feature	XWiki Equivalent	Where to find it
Starred	My Favorites	Find it in your profile menu (top right).
Add a reaction	Liked Pages	Click the "heart" at the very bottom of the page. The list of posts you liked is also in your profile menu.
Watch	Followed	Click the bell icon to receive notifications about edits and new comments on a page.
Spaces	Spaces (or Wikis)	The naming and logic are exactly the same. Find them in the left Navigation panel.
Macros	Insert	Click the Insert button + on the editor's top toolbar to add special elements.
